All options include a video or in-person session with a Coach Thiago to get to know you, discuss your goals, perform assessments, and create a plan to help you reach your full athletic potential. Meet with Coach Thiago through periodical check-ins to correct form, assess progress and modify program to keep you on track. Gym and Home (bodyweight) options available in every plan.
Pricing based on number of check-in sessions with the trainer.

Bi Weekly
2-4 workouts per week with a check in with the coach 2x per month. This option allows the trainer to closely follow your progress while still allowing for some flexibility on when workouts are completed.

Weekly
2-4 workouts per week with weekly video check-ins with your trainer. Allows for a closer following of progress, more feedback, and quicker modification of workouts or exercises if necessary.


Monthly
2-4 workouts per week with a check-in with your trainer once per month. This option is great for self-motivated athletes while still allowing your trainer to check-in, provide feedback, and adjust your programming as necessary every 4 weeks.
