Who do you train?

I train anyone looking to improve their health, fitness and performance.

Athletes looking to improve their speed, strength, vertical jump, conditioning, and overall athleticism

Adults looking to improve their overall fitness, strength, body composition or energy levels. We offer a bootcamp style class that addresses all the goals mentioned above in a fun and engaging workout that will challenge and help you look and feel great!

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

I have studied and worked with high level athletes as coach and during my graduate studies in the area of motor learning and skill acquisition. These experiences have helped me learn how to balance physical, technical and tactical training as well as how to help my athlete be the best movers they can be in the most efficient ways.

We also emphasize principles like work ethic, discipline, consistency and excellence in all that we do that not only helps develop great athletes, but great people as well.

Do you offer memberships

We currently do not offer memberships. We offer private, small group and online fitness and performance training.

How much does it cost to train with you?

Prices vary based on the type of training, frequency of training and number of athletes. There are options for everyone. Please contact us and we can work together to find an option that will work for you.

Athlete Plus?

At Athlete Plus Performance, or APP, we know that athlete is only part or your identity. We believe that the skills and principles you learn while working with us will not only transfer to great performances on the field but also help you be a successful and happy in other areas of life as well.
