Who I Am
Thiago Lopes MS, CPT, PES
As a former student-athlete, I fell in love with the process of improving myself on and off the field. Performance training was a piece of the puzzle that I discovered later into my athletic career and was in awe at the performance benefits it provided me on the soccer field. Since then, I have studied performance training, strength and conditioning and skill acquisition both academically and self-directed in order to learn how to help aspiring athletes reach their full potential.

My philosophy when it comes to sport performance is that the sport itself is king. What we do in the gym is supplementary, or compliments, what you do in your sport. Through communication, experimentation and leaning on scientifically backed principles for performance my athletes and I will build a program that will help build and maximize the physical qualities that will improve their performance on the field, court, etc.
