This session is great for teammates, relatives and friends to train together and improve at their sport(s) together. Up to 9 athletes can sign up together for the same session. Athlete groups train 2x per week.

CLOSE-KNIT

Individualized training for up to 3 people per session. Train qualities that apply specifically to your sport and goals. 

ANY TIME, ANY PLACE

Get personalized workouts sent to you via the TrueCoach App (free for clients). Train from home or your nearest gym.

TRAINING PRINCIPLES FOR ATHLETES

Performance training is supplemental to the games and practices that already take up the bulk of your time. As a former student-athlete, I understand that time is precious and that you want to get the most out of every workout while not having to sacrifice performance at practice or game days. Throughout my graduate studies in Kinesiology and certifications in personal training and sport performance training, I have learned that workouts for athletes don't need to last hours or be complex. Most athletes only need to include varying amounts of the following types of training in their workouts:
